Shipping Process
At Snapshopper Hub Technologies, we prioritize nationwide delivery, managed by our trusted shipping partners, who typically attempt delivery two to three times. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, please reach out to us to arrange for a rescheduled delivery.
Please note that products are not dispatched on Sundays and holidays due to partner unavailability. We regret to inform you that refunds for products or orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses cannot be offered, and we will not be held liable.
Transit Time
Domestic shipments usually take approximately three to eight (3-8) business days to reach their destination.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days based on availability and shipping locations to ensure secure transit.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order is placed, address modifications cannot be made. If changes are needed, please contact us within 24 hours of submitting your transaction, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
