For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. The return should be initiated within 48 hours from the delivery date.    
 

Non-Returnable Items    
 

Certain items, such as intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products, cannot be returned due to hygiene and personalization reasons.

Refunds (If Applicable)    
 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming its receipt and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow approximately (5-7) five to seven business days for your refund to be processed.
